Responsibilities: Job title was internet coordinator. Maintain websites providing support to customers and staff. Update all websites. Monitor internet leads from potential customers ensuring that all their questions and concerns were addressed promptly. Track and record all interactions via websites to assess cost of advertising versus profits made from websites. Assign customers to staff as well as making sure that each customer was taken care of and followed up with. Take pictures of vehicles to be listed on the various websites and uploading them with detailed information. Work together with third party advertising agencies. Also provided PC support for staff and customers, set up and maintained all things electronic. Custom design all flyers and advertisements to be placed in various advertising agencies.
